The public comment period for the 2012-2035 Draft Regional Transportation Plan/Sustainable Communities Strategy (RTP/SCS) has closed. Comments may be submitted after the close of the public comment period, however, comments and staff responses to such comments may not be included in the Final 2012-2035 RTP/SCS.

The 2012-2035 Draft RTP/SCS is available for download by chapter or as one file. Please note that due to the Subregional Sustainable Communities Strategies report's 16.3 MB file size, we strongly recommend that you download it onto your computer before opening the file. All files are in Adobe Acrobat PDF format.

 Public Participation

 

A key goal of SCAG is to improve regional decision making by providing leadership and consensus building on key plans and policies. One way the agency achieves this is through the public involvement process, which provides reasonable opportunities for interested parties to comment on SCAG's regional plans, programs and activities.
